train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.
WHOA. GONNA TRY THAT TOMORROW.

umm, then don’t get pregnant before you can support a child. It’s not that hard, guys.
Umm, sometimes shit happens. A family can be on top of the world and have everything they need to support a child or two, and then suddenly lose it all. If they already have kids, a lot of good “not getting pregnant before you can support a child” does. What if one of the parents loses their job? What if they both lose their jobs? What if a parent dies? What if a parent bolts and leaves the child and remaining parent with nothing? There was a period of time when my parents needed a little help to support my brother and me. My mother was working 60+ hours a week and even AND trying to find a second job, and my father was in the hospital with cancer. And when they had us, they had more that enough to support us at the time. But guess what? Shit happened.
But that’s not the point to this picture. The point is, women that seek abortions are pregnant and they do not want to be. Maybe they were raped. Maybe they got carried away in bed. Maybe their condom broke. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that when a woman decides to terminate her pregnancy, there are people out there who will fight her decision with everything they have, and even spend their lives creating laws to forbid her from doing it. Because life is sacred, babies are a gift from God, whatever. “They” care more for the fetus than the mother.
Until it is born.
Then, it is an actual human being that will cost its parents hundreds of thousands of dollars from birth to age 18. *Hundreds of thousands*, and an abortion would have just set them back about $400. Of course adoption is an option, but too often, a woman will fall in love with her baby and can’t go through with it, so she decides to keep it. If this child was an accident, its parents will probably not be financially prepared, and they are going to need a lot of help. Will they get help from the people who wouldn’t let the mother get an abortion so she could have just avoided this whole mess? NO. It’s no longer a gift from God, it’s just another future dreg of society, another mouth to feed for this mooching derelict cheat-the-system woman who never should have had a child in the first place because she shouldn’t have gotten pregnant if she couldn’t support it, right? THAT is the point to this picture.
And by the way, do you know how hard it is to get any kind of assistance? They don’t just count your kids and say “here you go, have a thousand dollars for each child! Try not to spend it all on beer and drugs! Come back next month for more!” You have to jump through so many hoops to get it. They scrutinize every cent you earn and spend. You can be denied multiple times before being approved. And it takes months.
I actually do not agree with the execution of this picture, mainly because I feel the photo of the viable fetus on the left is misleading… but whatever. The message is correct. The “they” in question are the people with power, politicians and such. The kind of people who will donate millions to pro-life organizations in hopes that ALL babies - wanted or unwanted, planned or unplanned - are born… and then turn right around and cut all programs and services to help people feed their hungry children. If you don’t see what’s wrong with this, you are one of them. Hope everything continues to be rainbows and kittens for you. As for me, I’ll be living in the real world.
Happily unfollowed.

wow, this is disgusting..
These types of visuals make me so ashamed :( I had a 2+ liter a day Dr Pepper habit for *15 years* and a moderate habit for 15 years before that. Finally kicked it in February. It makes me so mad to think of how much this addiction has affected my body. I tell everyone that’ll listen how worth it it is to give it up :D It was hard to get over the hump, but after a week, I didn’t crave it anymore. After another week, I was craving water instead. My skin is so much clearer, I don’t get headaches anymore, and I feel less dense. SO worth it :D
